TWO STUDIO SUITES

Our Studios are ground floor beachfront suites, offering a king-sized bed, a single rollaway sleeper and a 30 x 6 ft. verandah overlooking the Caribbean Sea. (3-person maximum to a Studio).

ONE 3-BEDROOM 2-BATH SUITE

This is an upper level family suite with a king-sized bed in each bedroom and a 30 x 12 ft. private verandah overlooking the Caribbean Sea. (6-person maximum).

FOUR 1-BEDROOM 1-BATHROOM SUITES

These are spacious suites of approx. 800 square feet each offering a king-sized bed in the spacious sleeping quarters and a full queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Each suite has a 20 x 8 ft. verandah in the front overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the "Placencia Walkway," the narrowest main street in the world. In addition, there is a private verandah at the rear with a breathtaking sunset view of the Placencia Lagoon and the majestic Maya Mountains. (4-person maximum each suite).     

The studios and suites all have full kitchen, living and dining room areas furnished with locally made Rattan furniture, and are decorated with the finest local artwork and tapestries.

All kitchens are supplied with kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave ovens, stoves, coffee makers, grills, refrigerators, blenders, and toasters.

All studios and suites are equipped with hot and cold water, air conditioning, multiple ceiling fans, cable TV with over 40 channels and a room safe.

We provide towels, sheets, pillows, and a daily maid service (or less often if you prefer) with laundry service.

We offer a 30 day minimum long term rental of our suites with all utility charges included.
